Entire program takes place in four-hundred year old wine cellar under Pálfy palace:

  • Welcoming guests with regional toast
  • Dinner - served pork specialties / hogkilling cabbage, roast pork, sausage and brawn, scratchings, pickles, pickled hot peppers, bread /
  • Tasting of three white and two red varietal wines from the Carpathian region
  • 5 x varietal wines, expert commentary, mineral water, pastry, cheese
  • dessert, coffee / tea, 1 liter white and 1 liter of red wines

During the program you will have the opportunity to purchase traditional souvenirs and Small Carpathian wines
In addition we offer a wide selection of alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks

SLAUGHTERS IN THE COURTYARD OF PALFY MANSION

Who would not like to enjoy the fresh delicacies from the slaughters? We offer you "own" butchering with the following program:

  • Welcoming guests with regional toast
  • Start slaughters - pig hanging on frame
  • Scalding, cleaning and dismantling pig by the old method of reeve Šaňo
  • Meat processing
  • Meat specialties-training, preparation of hogkilling cabbage soup
  • Production of sausages
  • Production of brawn and fusing greaves
  • Tasting of fresh-killed hog specialties, roasted pork, sausages, brawn, hog killing cabbage, scratchings and other goodies.
  • Tasting of three white and two red wines from the Carpathian region in our four hundred year old cellar under the mansion
  • Minimum 30 guests

During your program we recommend a music production that improve the overall atmosphere throughout the slaughters.
